Welcome!

This year, we will be creating a wiki that will act as a review source for you as you go through the course. My hope is that this will help you to study for each unit and as a review for your Regents exam in June.

Grades & Due Dates

Here is your Rubric for this project. This activity will count in the project section of your overall marking period grade.

Due dates: This project is due 1 class period before the unit test. Please refer to Google calendar for A/C days or the Google Calendar for B/D days for specific due dates.

Guidelines

Each wiki page contains the outline of what types of material I am looking for for each of the objectives. Within all 3 classes, groups will be working to answer the objectives using internet sources. You will be expected to go out on the internet and find information on the objectives. We are looking for text, video, and images for each of the objective pages. Some material and sources may not be appropriate. Please be aware when you are searching on other sites, you may run into objectionable content. You may use your textbook and your notebook. I have "cited" them for you on each page you will be editing.

Cutting and pasting from Wikipedia is not allowed. This is meant to be a student designed wiki. Wikipedia does have some great sources for you to use for information however.

If you need assistance in working with a wiki, please contact myself or Mrs. Henry Don't contact us the night before it is due obviously.

To help you work with wikis, here is a video -"Wikis in Plain English".

How to use a wiki with resources

Here is a Sandbox page for you to try out a wiki page.
